We appreciate your business, however, this is a business and it costs a lot to provide the services we pride ourselves on. Simply stated if you are not satisfied and your Product or Service and you qualify for a refund, we will issue a refund based on the terms.
General Refund Periods: Due to the high value and exclusivity of our Services, none of our Services offer a refund period. All sales are final, non-refundable, none-returnable and do not have a trial period. We will NOT provide refunds when the purchase is made for any reason.
In accordance with the European legislation to which we are bound, the purchase of a digital subscription does not entitle us to a refund.
Extended Refund Periods: Refund periods for any product and Service may be extended at our sole discretion. An extension can be offered as a part of a sale or promotion. The refund period applicable to your purchase can be found on your order form.
If you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team by email at [email protected]. We will review your request in an attempt to help correct the issues. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request by email, and if applicable, submit the completed necessary homework before 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time of the last day of the refund period following your purchase. All refunds are discretionary as determined by CoinCopy. If you just download, watch, or use our materials, and then ask for a prompt refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.
We will NOT provide refunds later than applicable days, as stated on the order form and confirmation email, following the date of purchase. After the applicable days, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the service. To be fair towards everyone, there are absolutely NO exceptions.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within the applicable days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds: In the event you have paid using cryptocurrencies, the refund will be issued in the USD (United States Dollar) value of the order and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate when the refund is completed, and if applicable, excluding any transactions fees needed to process the payment. Due to cryptocurrency volatility, it is important to note that the cryptocurrency amount you will receive as a result of a refund, can be higher or lower than the amount you paid when placing the order. Your refund will be issued through Coinbase (https://coinbase.com). CoinCopy may perform additional reviews, including but not limited to requesting additional documentation during the review of your cryptocurrency refund request. DUE TO THE ANONYMITY SURROUNDING CRYPTOCURRENCIES YOUR REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO A KNOWN AND VERIFIED COINBASE ACCOUNT – NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT TRANSFER FUNDS TO A UNKNOWN WALLET ADDRESS. We will under no circumstance deviate from this. If you do not have a Coinbase account, you will receive an email outlining how to create an account and claim your refund. If you fail to retrieve your funds within 30 days, the funds will be returned to us. All other Refund Policy terms and conditions apply.
COINCOPY WILL ONLY REFUND TO THE SOURCE FROM WHICH PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE CLOSED YOUR CARD OR ACCOUNT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THAT CARD OR ACCOUNT ISSUER TO ARRANGE THE FUNDS TO BE RETRIEVED.
If you have received any hard goods from CoinCopy (for example a book, or other tangible product), you must return them immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund. The hard goods must be returned to CoinCopy in unopened “new” condition, as determined in CoinCopy’s sole, reasonable discretion.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Duplication Payment (if applicable)
The first processed payment will be kept by CoinCopy. For any other payment (duplication of the same payment) after the first payment has been processed will be refunded to you. If you see or notice a duplicate payment on your statement, please contact us right away to resolve the matter of duplication by emailing [email protected].
Performance related guarantee for first-time members (if applicable)
Please note that non-performance related refunds are only available to first-time members. If you’re a member to a Product or Service that allows for refunds, and cancel (and receive a refund) and then subscribe again to any program, you will not be eligible to receive a subsequent refund, unless that subsequent program is eligible for refund based solely upon a specified performance guarantee. So the first occurrence is on CoinCopy, however the second occurrence will be on you.
These rules have been put in place to protect our ability to continue to serve our customers. If you feel you have mistakenly been placed on a customer block, please contact us.
By purchasing any of our services or products you ratify your understanding that all program and service sales are only refundable if they meet the above stated criteria and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.

IF YOU TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF COMPLETING A CHARGEBACK UNRIGHTFULLY WE WILL NOTIFY YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WITH DOCUMENTED PROOF THAT YOU’VE AGREED TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE (WHICH INCLUDES THIS REFUND POLICY) WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER WITH US.
